I definitely do not recommend this property.Located in McDonough, Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta South/McDonough is a 1-minute drive from Sky Zone Trampoline Park and 5 minutes from Piedmont Henry Medical Center. During the stay someone was smoking in room which set off fire alarm at midnight, waking the guest up. The front desk which change from the morning( young black gentleman in 20’s) seemed nonchalant, non-apologetic. I was highly upset that I did not receive new towels nor room cleaned from trash. I waited hour or so to recheck status of room cleaning& was informed cleaning crew were gone for the day. Upon returning to hotel the maid was on my floor. I called front desk at 10:47 to inform I extended room& to ensure they still had room on cleaning list. So my room was on original cleaning room service. I needed to extend stay an additional night due to not being able to meet check-out time. My initial stay was couple days due to my family in process of moving. This hotel used to be in great shape, it is not the standard you normally find in Hilton property or Home2suites.
